Re: Prepackaged Lego Mosaic - Color distribution?

I was under the impression that ALL bags do contain 90 bricks each. So if a mosaic needs just one black, you end up with 89 extra. jt (...) (22 years ago, 14-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

Re: Prepackaged Lego Mosaic - Color distribution?

(...) Wow, John! Now *that's* taking the initiative ;) I suspect that the color bags do not all contain 90 bricks each then? A simple calculation of 90 bricks per bag * the number of bags per set yields vastly differing amounts. A minimum of 1936 (...) (22 years ago, 14-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

(...) The deed is done. This is from the order confirmation and not out of the box, as it were - I'll confirm when they arrive just to be anal.   Re: First Attempts

Actually, there is method to my madness, as far as colors go. 2nd Edition Warhammer 40k had a codex(rulebook) that outlined the color schemes of a given chapter. In this case the Blood Angels. Their scheme was red and black, hence the red shoulder (...) (22 years ago, 11-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

  Re: Snoopy MOC

(...) I spotted this before you posted it and am VERY impreseed with it. It's hard enough to do a two-dimension drawing, but you captured the gesture behind the hug with how you sculpted Snoopy . Way cool! Should we expect a doghouse?:) Joe Meno (22 years ago, 6-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

Hi! Thanks to everyone for the encouraging comments. I am still thinking about the next project, but it will definitely be a peanut character. Enjoy your weekend! Vian p.s. I live outside of the US (22 years ago, 5-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

(...) 3D a character normally only seen in 2D. And you got the curves and the personality of Snoopy just about perfect! I can't wait to see your next one. What part of the world do you live in? Any chance you'll be coming to BricksWest (bringing (...) (22 years ago, 5-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture)
