The Model Designers at LEGOLAND California are using my sphere design for a citizen of Miniland. Check it out (URL) here>. I was surprised and honored that they would want to use my design. .build.sculpture? What is the mech guy doing here? :P Last year, TRU held a drawing open to the youngin's in which a Harry Potter minifig sculpture was to be given away. I like it! The simple repetition of the fin pattern is very effective. Although this isn't strictly a sculpture of a fish, it reminds me of an idea I had-- that fish would be a good theme for (say) a Brickfest workshop on "how to design and build (...)
