I've got an overabundance of 1x2 bricks.  So I used some to make a koinobori
(carp wind streamer):

I like it! The simple repetition of the fin pattern is very effective. Although this isn't strictly a sculpture of a fish, it reminds me of an idea I had-- that fish would be a good theme for (say) a Brickfest workshop on "how to design and build (...) (...) though. Maybe switch the white for red, the blue for yellow, and the grey for green or possibly tan. What I'd really like to see, though, is a similar sculpture modeled after an eastern dragon.
