     (...) Building an 8x6 panel would take a very simple amount of carpentry skills. 2 pieces of plywood and a border around it made from 1x2's or 1x4's would probably be nice and stable.      <snip> Yes, 4 x 8 is the standard size for sheets of plywood. One alternative is to get (2) 4x8 sheets, and have them cut down to (2) 3x8 sheets. That would put only one seam...oh, wait..puts the seam in the wrong direction... ok, change that...get (...) (20 years ago, 16-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic)
