| Hi all! Being new to this, and after trying, I realised that mosaics are not that easy to do. To be specific I want to have a text in a wall. | Hey guys, I'm not sure how many of you are into this show, but it's pretty good, and fairly addictive. I made a mosaic of the logo while the show's on hiatus until the end of the month. | Here is a mosaic my son Ross (14) made for his sister (of her) for her 16th birthday. | Nice work. Not that I any authoritative say about terminology, but I know that I, and a few others, would actually probably refer to that mosaic as 'studs out' (since the studs point out to the viewer when hung on a wall). I would say, 'studs up' (...) (22 years ago, 20-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

| Hi, I invite you to view my latest mosaic creation. This a “studs-up” picture of a relaxing panda bear. It was made for one of my employees in New Mexico who then sent it off to a sick friend in Hawaii. I had a lot of fun both designing and building (...)
