Thanks for checking out and the kind words, means a lot from someone like
yourself!
Now that I think about it, you're right, it is "studs out". I did struggle for a
long time trying to remember which is which and decided to just take the risk.
:) I think my confusion lies in forgetting that the terminology concerns how it
faces the viewer; and not how I built it...

Not that I any authoritative say about terminology, but I know that I, and a few others, would actually probably refer to that mosaic as 'studs out' (since the studs point out to the viewer when hung on a wall). I would say, 'studs up' (...) (20 years ago, 20-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic)
