About that Gail Storm face... (y'know, brown, curly hair, sweet expression)
I really like that face. I have a character that fits the face really well.
After thinking out a bit more of my story (for .castle, developing slowly) I
realized that I'd want the same character wearing a different outfit and
different headwear. Well, I tried out different types but none of the brown
hairpieces fit the face at all! I tried a wolfpack cowl but it looks extremely
silly.
Being very influenced from the 'dark side' lately (ie I tend to think a lot
about customization :) I had an urge to use the second Gail face I have and
take off the curls. That way I could put a brown hairpiece on her at times,
and use the other, complete face when she's wearing a hat.
I was about to start and take off the hair with an Xacto knife, but then
chickened out...
Any thoughts about this? Has anyone done this, or something similar?

| (...) Removing side-hair from printed faces would be my first act with an Xacto knife, if I was ever to take up such a heinious life-style. I *hate* when LEGO prints hair on minifig heads, because it *never* looks good with wigs. Steve (25 years ago, 8-Mar-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)
