  Re: Space helmet

(...) Mike specified that it required the modification of the 2x2 round plate. A correctly sized drill bit would open the axle hole up to a circular stud sized hole. Seems like an easy enough, and unnoticable enough modification to be doable by all (...) (21 years ago, 14-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Space helmet

How do you get the minifig's round neck to go through the + shaped hole in the 2X2 round plate? Is it maybe something that can only be done in CAD? (21 years ago, 14-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Space helmet

With a little modification of a 2x2 round plate, you get an excellent Moon helmet... (URL) as slim as a normal helmet, perhaps, but it's more like what your typical cartoon Mars helmet looks like. ~Mike (21 years ago, 14-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: admin: broken link

(...) Lar, Thanks for the compliment. I actually prefer that updates/requests be posted to the group. That way they are saved for posterity, and the progress/history of the group is searchable. Thanks, Clark Visit my Vintage Parts pages, submissions (...) (21 years ago, 1-Nov-03, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.admin.curators)

  Re: fixed broken link

(...) Mike, Thanks for the notification. I do not regularly check for broken links, and do not have a Lugnet tool for doing so. I have to rely on users to let me know when something changes. I looked for an updated site for that program but couldn't (...) (21 years ago, 1-Nov-03, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: admin: broken link

  admin: broken link

I don't see a curator name on the page, so I hope you'll forgive me for posting this to the newsgroup! The link to the Minifig Sticker Printer is broken. 404, all pages nonexistent. ~Mike (21 years ago, 30-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: ...WoW!

(...) I can only hope that what I'm doing is, or will, have a positive effect within the community. While money is nice, it's not the real reason why I started this venture. It's the "WOW's" that I love the best. Knowing that I can make someone (...) (21 years ago, 29-Oct-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: ...WoW!

(...) Thanks Matt, I was aware of that incidentally. I actually *developed the scabbard ball-joint attachment and the curvature of the axe blade btw. (I'm kinda proud of this involvement into a product I believe in) The point of showing these (...) (21 years ago, 29-Oct-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.western, lugnet.general)

We're a band! We're a band! With guitars in our hand, we're crossing the land!

Well this is a first of sorts for me on several levels: It's my first time to use FTX for a post so if this fubar's, my apologies ahead of time. It's the first (and hopefully) the last time I'll use such a long title but I couldn't resist. Gold star (...)   Underworld movie poster

Well.. this was done a couple weeks ago but with vacation I never got the post put up. After seeing Underworld I finally got the incentive to finish the poster as I'd had the idea for a few months based on promo pictures, etc. (URL) you like it. :) (...)   ?Kubricks & Lego?

Are Kubricks compatible with our Lego minifigs? ___...___ ‘Cause some of the capes and accessories look wickedly detailed, albeit a tad large…but I think it’ll still work!?! So has anyone tried intermingling the Kubricks accessories unto a minifig (...) (21 years ago, 1-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.fun, lugnet.general, lugnet.castle)

  Re: Orange hands

(...) You can get basic green ones with the Green Goblin and light-green ones with the Green...er, um, Yoda. Both sets are going for cheap if you can find them at the right stores. (21 years ago, 24-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Orange hands

(...) While you're waiting, why not use green minifig hands? According to Bricklink these do exist, and after all, he is a veggie. With friendly greetings, M. Moolhuysen. (21 years ago, 24-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Orange hands

Writing a letter to LEGO really can make a difference. Lest year I wanted to make a Christmas Tree farm MOC.
