The Star Wars canopy isn't entirely accurate. The BF 109's front windshield
was a lot steeper then the SW canopy's is. I honestly don't think that, at
this scale, a side-opening canopy is even possible.
Fuselage crosses? I'd have to change the design of the crosses because at
their current dimensions (5 bumps in each direction) it would be too big to
fit on the fuselage. I could probably rip off Shaun's crosses though, and
make them 3x3.

| (...) Here's a quick mock-up of a fuselage cross I've been planning to put on my own Bf-109 in progress. It keeps the fuselage small, and rounded. Rather than have the tiles on top, one might even get away with 1x2 plates-with-center-stud, and a 1xn (...) (23 years ago, 26-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.military)
