Very clever fuselage construction.  Although the canopy doesn't open
the same way as the original, the shape is about right, which is very
hard to do.  Good idea to use that Star Wars canopy.  I like the cross
on the wings - but I challenge you to put one on the fuselage as
well... (SNOT plates would do it, and it could cover the gaps as well)

(...) The Star Wars canopy isn't entirely accurate. The BF 109's front windshield was a lot steeper then the SW canopy's is. I honestly don't think that, at this scale, a side-opening canopy is even possible. Fuselage crosses? I'd have to change the (...) (23 years ago, 26-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.military)
