Re: B.I. Joe: Cobra Flight Pod (Trubble Bubble)

(...) I just thought of another thing. LEGO should make 4x4 hinged domes. That would be great. (URL) j o n (URL) zemi.net> (URL) the-shipyard> (21 years ago, 15-Sep-03, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

Re: B.I. Joe: Cobra Flight Pod (Trubble Bubble)

(...) Once again my almost total lack of any GI Joe knowledge leaves me in the dark, but I know a funky cute MOC when I see one. I wish I could ditch my car tomorrow and take this into work instead.   Re: B.I. Joe: Cobra Flight Pod (Trubble Bubble)

(...) Holy spit! What a cool model! Very well done (yes I had one of these) with nice detailing...I really like the pilot's instrument panel design. The lack of studs also leaves a really nice effect. So what's next, the Defiant Space shuttle:)? (...) (21 years ago, 15-Sep-03, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

B.I. Joe: Cobra Flight Pod (Trubble Bubble)

My Main Battle Tank MOC (minifig scale)

I've attempted building tanks long before but this is my first "true" tank. Its partly based on China's Type-98 MBT which sports a 125mm smooth bore cannon, an active defense system and is equipped with a laser capable of knocking out or blinding (...)   What's LMO?

Hi, all. I would show you some ways to LMO as a guide. (...) Yes. LMO means L EGO M ilitary O ff. "Off" is a popular word in Japan meaning "Off-Line Meeting Event". LMO was held 6 Sept. 2003....ya, just a week ago :) 30 Japanese builders gathered to (...) (21 years ago, 11-Sep-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Military MOC: Wheeled APC/Recon Vehicle

(...) How are you all seeing this? The folder is not yet moderated. I want to see it too! LFB (21 years ago, 29-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: Military MOC: Wheeled APC/Recon Vehicle

Thanks for all the comments/suggestions! I'm working on shrinking the photos, by the way. To answer Bruce's question: the design isn't based on any real-life vehicle in particular, just sort of a combo of everything... (21 years ago, 29-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: Military MOC: Wheeled APC/Recon Vehicle

Ian, Welcome to Lugnet, and what a great way to enter! Great MOC. Is this based on any real vehicle, or is it your own design? Bruce (21 years ago, 29-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military)

  AAV-20 Resurrected!

Hi Folks- I've found a new home for a web site with info about MOC's, mainly the AAV-20. It was originally posted some years ago, but I've dusted it off, made some updates and provided links to MOCpages.com. This is the main page: (URL) there's too (...)   Re: Military MOC: Wheeled APC/Recon Vehicle

Ian, where have you been my man? The APC is really cool, the topside guns, the small, low profile windows....also liked the side doors and the general use of slopes. It reminds me of something I built a long time ago (no accusation of copying, just (...) (21 years ago, 29-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: Military MOC: Wheeled APC/Recon Vehicle

(...) Ian- This is a very good vehicle. I like the use of SNOT for the sides, the HMG, and the use of the Technic control rod for an antenna. I wouldn't worry too much about the interior details. If it's an APC, the crew compartment probably (...) (21 years ago, 29-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Tanks, tanks, tanks

(...) Justin, Nice MOCs, it's good to see good looking tracked vehicles that don't need four sets of conveyor belts. Thanks, George (21 years ago, 28-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: Tanks, tanks, tanks

Very nice little creations! My only complaint would be that the wheels on the trailer look too small compared to the truck. Sure, they are smaller on the original too - but not that much smaller. Now that you'r pop-up aware, download and install (...) (21 years ago, 28-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military)

AWESOME creations! War is hell, but those sure are the happiest little soldiers I've ever seen ;-) (21 years ago, 27-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Tanks, tanks, tanks

Here's a few MOCs I've taken pictures of recently. As the subject might indicate, most of it is about tanks.
