Dan, this is a *quantum* leap forward in hull design.  I, too, am curious as to
how you did it.  Construction details would be great!

I tremble at the thought of a minifig-scale rendition.

(...) OK, I've posted pictures "under the hood." The design is so simple that you'll probably kick yourself for not thinking of it. I have been all week! It will be really easy to render construction plans in L-draw, because the two sides could be (...) (22 years ago, 7-Mar-03, to lugnet.build.military)

Partially inspired by Mattias Mårtensson's USS Fletcher, and partly out of my own curiosity to attempt a new ship-building technique, I threw together a 1/4 size version of the minifig scale Cleveland Class curiser I've been dreaming about building (...) (22 years ago, 7-Mar-03, to lugnet.build.military) !!
