I just completed my D-44 Landing Barge model, you can see it here: (URL) wanted to build a really large craft capable of transporting two APCs. I used Technic half pins and plates to form the sides. It's a really strong structure, and also easy on (...) (22 years ago, 17-Jul-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.cad.dat.models, lugnet.announce.moc) !

(...) I still have issues with those canopies myself: they're basically useless on a horizontal mounting, unless they're mounted with the taper forward as on the JSF. This is Jesse again and I saw one of your latest creations in the newest LEGO catalog and I knew that your blacksmith shop was going to make it. You beat me to it! ;-) Looks great Bryce! The JSF cockpit piece is perfectly suited to the Hind IMHO, I really like the front half of the model, although the tail seems too chunky to me, I like the missile tubes under the wings, very clever idea (...)
