Re: Sentinel Class Recon'/Utility Vehicle (RUV).

Magnus, Many thanks for the feedback, it is appreciated. It is hard to keep track of the newsgroups here, I came out of a mini dark age this year but I joined LUGNET some years ago - alas it seems to have fallen into disuse quite a bit so it's just (...)   Re: Sentinel Class Recon'/Utility Vehicle (RUV).

(...) Andrew, Thanks for sharing all your military MOCs here! I'll just comment on all your vehicles in this one post, rather than in separate ones. I like them all! They have the sort of look that you'd almost expect LEGO to go with if they were (...) (17 years ago, 26-Nov-07, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Bridgelayer

Thanks everyone for your compliments. Marc, I'm not really tech savvy enough to take a video and put it online, but thanks for the idea. Magnus (17 years ago, 24-Oct-07, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Bridgelayer

(...) Magnus, This is great, it's nice to see a support vehicle created. Thanks, George (17 years ago, 24-Oct-07, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Bridgelayer

Very nicely done! The proof is in the pudding and in this case seeing the vehicle drive across its own bridge is that proof. Nice combination of function and form. Steve (17 years ago, 23-Oct-07, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Bridgelayer

Very nicely done. You can really see the positive effects of all the work in conception in this MOC. The function itself is very impressive, especially for plastic! God Bless, Nathan (17 years ago, 17-Oct-07, to lugnet.build.military)

  Bridgelayer

Hi all, Here's my newest armored vehicle, and one I've been meaning to build for a long time. I can honestly say that the Armadillo Armored Bridge Launcher is probably the most challenging MOC I've built in my 25 + years, and it's quite satisfying (...)   Re: Waterborne offensive!

Fradel, Thanks for the kind words. My Whale doesn't have a depth charge rack, basically because I couldn't fit one in without it looking out of place. The vertical fans (not sure what they’re really called) take up a lot of space, and I don't think (...) (17 years ago, 8-Oct-07, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Waterborne offensive!

Smashing as always. Have you thought of making a depth charge rack? If I recall correctly the GI JOE version might have had one. I'm sure if you make it modular enough, the Swordfish can become a monitor variant with a Bofors gun. F (17 years ago, 8-Oct-07, to lugnet.build.military)

  Waterborne offensive!

Hi all, I haven't posted any MOCs recently, but I have been building a number of new things, which I hope to post over the next week or two. To start off here are two riverine/coastal type patrol vessels. These are my first boats in the military (...)   Re: Model submissions want for Military LEGO modeling book!

(...) I had planned to feature only models of actual military hardware, but will of course make exceptions for cool stuff that's "still in development." (17 years ago, 4-Oct-07, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

Do you think there would be any interest in my (URL) MH-53> as Blackout from the Transformers movie for the book, or is it too sci-fi? Adrian (17 years ago, 1-Oct-07, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

Re: Model submissions want for Military LEGO modeling book!

Daniel, Sounds very interesting. Are you mainly just interested in replicas of actual weapons and vehicles, or are you also interested in free built MOCs that simply look realistic and may be inspired by various real life vehicles? thanks Magnus (17 years ago, 1-Oct-07, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)
