Re: New Custom Molded MODERN Minifig Weapons from BrickArms

Looks nice. If you expand the range, how about a US M16 machine gun. (18 years ago, 5-Jun-06, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: Luftwaffe Prototype: Focke Wulf Ta-183 Jet Fighter

(...) Nice work on this. I've had MiGs on my mind since recently acquiring the Wings Over Vietnam video game. I've built Bryce Rollin's A7 and MiG 21 in ABS, but have been thinking about an earlier type MiG 17 build since they were so prevalent at (...)   Re: New MOC : pre-ww1 tank

Hi, I like this a lot! The scale has a lovely 'legoish' feel to it and the timeline is also well thought out. Good work! God Bless, Nathan Visit my brickshelf gallery: (URL) (pic=link) (18 years ago, 26-May-06, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

Re: New MOC : pre-ww1 tank

(...) Thanks. This period has many interesting vehicles in terms of design, I have collected many photos that may inspire more tanks, hope I'll succeed to give them a good rendering. Eric (18 years ago, 26-May-06, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

Re: New MOC : pre-ww1 tank

(...) Eric, This is very nice, and a good change from the common WWI British tanks. Thanks, George (18 years ago, 24-May-06, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

Re: Luftwaffe Prototype: Focke Wulf Ta-183 Jet Fighter

Thank you Gary! Of course you're welcome to build any of my models in 'real bricks' (Currently I don't own a single brick myself) just drop a note and I'll send you the .DAT/.LCD file currently I'm building some bigger WW2 planes but i'm having a (...)   Re: Luftwaffe Prototype: Focke Wulf Ta-183 Jet Fighter

(...) Robert, that is really nice. What I like most is that it's "rough" from using a few pieces, but was instantly recognizable. Great job. I'm glad you posted the rest of your gallery as well, there's a ton of great stuff in there that I haven't (...) (18 years ago, 5-May-06, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.adventurers)

Luftwaffe Prototype: Focke Wulf Ta-183 Jet Fighter

Well, I usually focus on building actual existing WW2 airplanes. But I was inspired by the Protototype Hunters (hence the posting to the adventurers group) and the wonderfull website luft46.com to do something else. So here it is: A Minifig scale (...)   WW1 War Department 2 foot gauge Baldwin

I have finally finished my latest MOC, a (just larger than) Technic fig scale narrow gauge steam loco. I've written up a (URL) MOCpage> with loads of writing so probably best to go there so I don't have to say it all again. (2 URLs) I have also (...)   Taipan - Suborbital Stealthfighter

Hi all, Just a little VTOL suborbital fighter based loosely on (URL) this model>. It's designed to shut down and hide behind enemy lines and then surprise them from the rear.   Building Template in MLCAD?

I found this LEGO graph paper here: (URL) then thought I could take a schematic of a vehicle like this: (URL) scale/overlay a transparent version of it on the LEGO graph paper to use as a template to assist in the creation of the LEGO.   Re: New Destroyers: USS Gearing and USS Sumner

(...) Hi Daniel, Sorry to bust in on the exchange here, but I'd thought I might be able to answer your question. Military building is not my particular area of brickness (especially scale), but I was in the U.S. Navy back in the late 1980's and (...) (19 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: New Destroyers: USS Gearing and USS Sumner

(...) Hmm... This has me thinking now! Perhaps if I'm seriously going to "compete" with you I should be working on something Japanese perhaps? Only sucky part is the difficulty in finding good documentation of non-US or European warships. (19 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: New Destroyers: USS Gearing and USS Sumner
