Hi Dan!
Great to hear from you again. Glad you like the new destroyers - Inspired as
they are from your USS Duluth.

It would be super if you would join me in build more ships in this small scale
(1:250). Destroyers can protect anything afloat, work alone or together in
groups. So I think you can chose what ever you like. You can "compete" with me
building Baltimore or Atlanta Class Cruisers (for which I have prepared drawings
already) or why not continuing with the Clevelands and a Independence class
carrier using the same hull.
If you (or anyone else) want more info or pictures of the Gearings please let me
know.

| (...) Hmm... This has me thinking now! Perhaps if I'm seriously going to "compete" with you I should be working on something Japanese perhaps? Only sucky part is the difficulty in finding good documentation of non-US or European warships. (19 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.build.military)
