  Re: Retro Spaciness.

(...) Aww - its so cute! Neat little MOC. At first, I thought it was the floating head of the robot from Lost in Space, but after all, I'm A. B. Normal - lol. (URL) (17 years ago, 26-Jun-07, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Microscale 725 Freight Train finished

(...) Dear Martin, of course you are right. Although I should know the difference, I use usually the word concrete (aka "Beton" in German) for all states of aggregate: power cement, (fluid) ready mixed concrete and the finalized concrete (...) (17 years ago, 22-Jun-07, to lugnet.build.microscale)

  Retro Spaciness.

Hi all! I posted a few MOCs here some months ago, although I forgot how to post here after that. Anyway, here's another MOC: (3 URLs) Here> are the rest of the photos on Flickr. PLMKWYT! (17 years ago, 21-Jun-07, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.space, FTX) !

Re: Microscale 725 Freight Train finished

(...) I think it is not used for concrete, but for cement (or other powder materials). There is another example similar to the 725, but with four tanks: (URL) is called "Car for transport of bulk-loaded powder materials" (literal translation from (...)   Re: Microscale 725 Freight Train finished

(...) Dear Thomas, this is a very detailled micro train indeed - I love it! Ages ago (1999?) I did a mix of a 720 set and the 725 together with 149 in a micro-version. Building techniques have really made huge steps ahead since then. (URL) former (...) (17 years ago, 20-Jun-07, to lugnet.build.microscale)

  Microscale 725 Freight Train finished

I completed the cars for my microscale 725 Freight Train and posted pictures today: (URL) question for someone who is more knowledgable than I about trains...what is the thing I call "milk truck" really called?   Interesting Use of #30031 in Micro Walkways

I haven't posted in quite a while, but I thought this was worth sharing. I was making a 1-wide walkway for a microscale creation, and I needed a nice way to terminate it, with an "observation platform" look. I ended up using part (URL) 30031> to (...)   Re: 1970s sets in microscale

(...) I got my start in 1974 with the London Bus. A last minute Christmas present for my son. I was so amazed at the bus I went out on Christmas day to all the stores that were opened, like drug stores and grocery stores looking for Legos. There is (...)   Re: 1970s sets in microscale

(...) IIRC, wasn't there some pics of somebody's micro SW MOCs on Brickshelf a long time ago - they used a 1x1 brick for a Tie Fighter (or something like that)? It was pretty funny seeing one part MOCs like that! (URL) (17 years ago, 7-Jun-07, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)
