I think it is not used for concrete, but for cement (or other powder materials).
There is another example similar to the 725, but with four tanks:
http://www.parostroj.net/katalog/nv/clanky/preprava_cementu/preprava_cementu_Raj.php3
It is called "Car for transport of bulk-loaded powder materials" (literal
translation from bureaucratic dialect of Czech to bureaucratic dialect of
Czenglish :-/), maybe we can call it a "cement hopper"?
I am also not sure whether the red 725 car is a caboose - in my opinion it looks
more like a boxcar with a brakeman's cab.
Nevertheless, the microtrain is perfect. Thomas, put it on some blue micro-track
:-)
Full steam ahead,
Martin

| (...) Dear Thomas, this is a very detailled micro train indeed - I love it! Ages ago (1999?) I did a mix of a 720 set and the 725 together with 149 in a micro-version. Building techniques have really made huge steps ahead since then. (URL) former (...) (17 years ago, 20-Jun-07, to lugnet.build.microscale)
