I once saw the actual ship sailing into Halifax Harbour as a kid and watched the shows of course. Your little model and the lyrics had me humming the tune and remembering the plastic model kit of Calypso I built as a kid. Are you useing instructions or drawings from that (or any) kit to make it?

Anyway, it looks great and now I need to go home and watch the segment on my Finding Nemo DVD with Jean-Michel Cousteau Dunn dunn da-dunn, da-da-da da-da-dunn ...

(...) You lucky dog. I built the model way back when (a model with LOTS of little additional items, like a camera sled, the helo, the Sea Fleas, and the diving saucer.) But that was a while ago. I used some reference from the (URL) Cousteau Society> (...) (20 years ago, 8-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)
