Very nice boat though. If this is just a ‘proof of concept’ I look forward to
the real thing (is it going to be minifig scale, or another microscale one?

Thanks! The real thing will be a minifig scale version (which will be
ridiculously big, of course)...and it will be a while in planning and building.
And the chopper was one of the fun side projects!
