I’m not sure I want to build a scale model of a squiddie, although it’d
be an interesting challenge. You could probably do quite a decent mini-
squiddie, using the classic space hoses as tentacles, but you’d want to
pose it in attack mode (like when they stand on the Nebuchadnezzar (sp?)
and start ripping panels off) so you could anchor most of the ends -
otherwise it’d look a bit floppy.
Hmm. I wonder how many hoses I’ve got...
Possibly not directly along the same lines - I was watching Evangelion
last night, and there’s a Gasaraki trailer on it, which reminded me of
how cool the Gasaraki suits are. I spent a couple of hours playing with
pilot modules, so I’m going to carry on with that for a while now.
I’d like to produce something really robustly playable - the weapons
platform is pretty solid for its size, but there are a fair few bits
that tend to get knocked.
