    Re: We need a new curator —Aiyaz Hussain
   (...) As much as I don't like to say bad things about others... I'd have to agree with Mr. Sophie. I've seen this happen to a lot of sites... The sidebar stops changing, the polls are no more, the links aren't updated... This is a sickening trend (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        No, we don't. —Dave Johann
   (...) 1) The sidebar always keeps changing-that's just the nature of the beast. New additions to it were even made tonight (thanks to Jon Palmer for the inspiration) 2) Working behind the scenes means that many changes are suble enough that the (...)         Re: No, we don't. - Just do your Job —Eric Sophie
   Dave, I thought we resolved the issue, why are you persisting. Just do your job and I won't complain. Slack off again and I'll be on your back. I'm holding back real bad. Eric Sophie (...) (22 years ago, 10-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        let it go —Dave Johann
   (...) As far as I'm concerned, this issue is over. Don't complain publicly concerning things which should be dealt with privately. I never slacked off in the first place, so just let it drop and let me get back to working on the sidebar rather than (...) (22 years ago, 10-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        Re: let it go —Eric Sophie
   Privatly Dave is being nice to me and I feel like a Jerk. I still beleve in what I said but it should not take up space here. We will resolve our issues elswhere as it should be done. Please excuse this noise. e P.S. Man, do I take my Mecha Lumps or (...) (22 years ago, 10-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        Re: let it go —Dave Johann
   (...) What Eric said goes double for me. Yes, Eric, you take your lums well, but you give them just as good as you get. :) Meantime, Eric is getting a preview of a feature (something cool) that will make the sidebar look better and be more useful (...)         My take —Bryce McGlone
   Now that this is somewhat resolved I figure I'll pipe in. I know both Eric and Dave well. We are all friends and have been for several years now. I have found both men to be extremely generous with ideas, time, and (most importantly) parts. IMO what (...) (22 years ago, 10-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        Re: My take —Eric Sophie
     Like cousin Dave and I went out back and wrestled on the grass in the backyard, then we came back in the house grass stains and all then sat down with the family to dinner. OMG, its Bryce McGlone posting in .mecha, OMG Phreak! Look Phreak! And Chris (...) (22 years ago, 10-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        Trouble in paradise? —Jacob Sullens
   both these guys are good people, i don't see why they need to fight over something so trivial as a website! i reallize that the issue is resolved, and that i'm a little late in saying this, but i felt it needed to be heard...no insult inrended (...)         Re: Trouble in paradise? —Dave Johann
   (...) None taken, Jacob. Sometimes Eric and I get a bit more vocal than we need to and things go public that should remain private, that's all. .build.mecha is important to both him and I and I think neither of us really realizes how important it is (...)
