Welcome to LUGNET Jacob. Of course I am still generally a new name in mecha
building here, new compared to builders like Mladen, but nonetheless I
usually display my mecha here. About the reliable hip joints, that is
something I have been experimenting with for years, while some seem to have
mastered it, I'm still working on it. While close to succeeding I am always
short of my intended goal. I'm hoping to have a very stable and neat looking
mecha named OmniBuster coming up soon, but it'll be awhile before that comes
out, as I've been concentrated on other things. Oh well, welcome to LUGNET!

| about an hour after i posted i had this great idea to use the ball joints from the legs and arms of the old throw bots. normally i would never mutalate pieces like this but my dogs think they make great chew toys, anyway I just use them in (...) (23 years ago, 23-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
