Here's a new good picture of Zero Three with exactly the same

Just one light?  Try using three...all from different directions, and none
pointing in exactly the same direction as the camera.  Say, one
behind/above, one on the front left and one on the front right.  Even
lighting provided by multiple lights should help reduce glare and dark
shadows (if I'm not pulling this out of my you know where)
