Actually, in the opening sequence of the Macross Plus OVA's (not the movie
edition) we see Isamu and his partol group piloting VF-11's with FAST packs.
Those of you who have only seen the movie version of Macross Plus will not
remember this scene though, as it was cut so that the series would fit into
a movie length package. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

| (...) Bandai just re-released their Macross 7 Valkyries, which feature the F-19. Macross Plus is chronologically earlier in the Macross timeline, and the YF-19 is of course the prototype of the F-19 used in the chronologically later Macross 7. (...) (...)
