So I've been working on various wormgear combinations over the past week or so, and I came up with something that might be of use to folks: (URL) like the technic geared turntables, but they are a bit big. (URL) spindly legs> I attached the leg prototypes to see if the joints were strong enough. (URL) under compression> I had to beef up the thigh worm joint a bit with a longer shaft and more bushings.
