| | | | | | (...) Marco, you were correct. It was the rotational part of the joints that caused the collapse. Once I switched the joints around, they held the weight. | | | | You might try making a joint that only moves laterally at the hip (like with 2x2 turntables), and has a fixed minimum downward angle (like with click hinges that are wedged on the upper side to a fixed angle - they can bend down, but not up past a (...)
