Well thanks Jeremiah, but your 4 legged SpiderTank is way cooler than all my
multi-legged mecha! ;-)

And who cares about the Tyco piece; if I have it, I would use it! ;-) And I
really, really like the colour sceme of the ZOOT Suit; it's cool!

BTW I really can't wait to see your model of the Coleopteran, that thing is
just awesome, mind if I try? Kidding, but I do like it because of, what appears
to be, it's small scale, and you know I love making my mecha as small I can get
them.

Good luck!

Wicked mecha Jeremiah, I'm growing more and more jealous of you! ;-) Your
SpiderTank thingy is amazing, and I know I'm building a Toad Suit tonight! • ;-)

BTW I'm kinda sad to see you using that Tyco windshield piece, since I don't
have one, and thus can't build your cool Suits... ;-(

Question:
Did you build all the mecha IRL (In Real Life)?

Keep up the super-terrific-awesome work!

First off, thanks! Wow, to think the great Mladen is jelous of *me*... :)
Secondly, yes, I build my models (or at least structural mock-ups) IRL and
then LDraw them. The ZOOT Suit was inspired by Jsproat's armor years ago and
has been keeping guard over my desk ever since. I'm debating which color
scheme looks cooler - the one in the pics or the real-life scheme of black w/
blue details.
Also, yes, the tank is based on David White's images. He was gracious enough
to let me use the design, which is one of many I've been considering (I'm
still looking at that Coleopteran...)
Again, thanks!

-Jeremiah-

P.S.- I'm a little ashamed for using that Tyco visor, but I've got a couple
and they're so darn cool. I wish Lego would come up with one like it.

P.P.S.- The ZOOT Suit still looks cool without a windshield... kind of an
industrial look to it.

(...) Well, I don't know about that. :) And remember that the original design is David White's. In fact, I just recieved this E-mail from him: "AWESOME. I love it, I really do. I had a game company buy the rights to the spider tank design. They're (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)
