But its high tech medieval.
The shaping of the brick/slope/rounded armor is great, and the knightly
details: perforated mask, cloth like skirt, brass belt, red cross, spikes.
I think I recognize some of that joint technology in the skeletal prototype.
The legs are short, but that slight freakishness makes it more intimidating
(to Iron Reich heathens).
Its quite a machine.

Thanks for all your comments.
Its funny you mention wood and gears for the inside, when I started making
this, I was considering also making a wood and iron mech. A sort of steam
powered ancient robot, full of chains and stuff (if youve ever seen robot
carnival, you know what I mean).
I admit it, I reverse engineered the captive arm joint from your blurry pics on
your site. Now I sort of wish Id just waited a few months longer and bought
your directions.
I tried to make human proportion legs, but the armor makes them look a bit too
short. Meanwhile, I think most gundams have legs that are unnaturally long (ha
ha, an unnatural robot) much like most anime characters. Itd be nice to find a
balance in the middle though.
Thanks,
Dan
