I just went downstairs and tried this (I assume your method puts the "handle" of the bullhorn in the open end of the Technic peg after it's through the brick) and it seems to work very, very well indeed. Well, I learned a weaker method of stiffening from Ben Vaughan, he used a (URL) instead of the loudhailer for his mecha's (...) (19 years ago, 9-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
