(...) bit smaller in size. is there a reason for it? love those insectile wings, too. might you perhaps make a vid clip of it's movement? how's the posability of the legs? can it crouch, kneel, or simulate walking? listen to me and my questions--i (...)      (...) Thanks Jah-son, I don't often re-do a robot, so this was fun to do. Really though it seems smaller to you? It's not though. It's bigger, taller and has thumbs! LOL! (...) I should do that. Funny thing I noticed about the Record and Play unit. (...) (20 years ago, 30-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Waswillbe - The RG Mech 2.0 —Keith Goldman
Amazing as usual E...it looks like something Godzilla might take offense to, something from Monster Island. The fact that the wings move is too cool, hope I can see that in person some time. The legs...the wings..the evil eyes (provided by Greco's (...) (20 years ago, 27-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) E, I have to agree with what has been said here. The overall form and once again attention to minute details is astounding. It was a sheer pleasure to see this thing evolve during its construction (merci monsieur ;-). I know I told you how I (...) (20 years ago, 10-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Waswillbe - The RG Mech 2.0 —Ryan Rubino
Eric love this design! The insect theme comes through strong with the six legs, compound looking green eyes, and wings to boot. The head as usual is epic with the twin proboscii mouthparts reminding me of a moth's feeding apparatus. Ryan (20 years ago, 28-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) Rubino! Long Tyme (TM) no hear! I heard you were working on an epic creation. How have you been? Thanks for the feedback. The word proboscii didn't go through my head. Funny because that's just what they are! e (20 years ago, 30-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

I've always liked red and dark gray together, and you finally found a good use for those trans green quarter domes from the Space Police II theme, not to mention those darn leg parts from the Insectoids theme, plus all (...)         Re: Waswillbe - The RG Mech 2.0 —Fradel D. Gonzales
Hi Eric. What exactly is a record and play unit? The name sounds like a camera but i guess its some kind of motor? BTW, if cherubs had a demon counterpart, this would be it. F (20 years ago, 11-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Waswillbe - The RG Mech 2.0 —Eric Sophie
(...) Hi Fradel, werd. The Record and Play unit is found in the heart of this set: [LEGOSet 4095] I purchased the set at the North West Brick Con in 2003. I gave the green parts to Brick Frenzy as a gift and kept the R&P component. The unit can (...) (20 years ago, 11-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
