Hi guys. This is my first mecha and first post.

Hi Fradel, welcome.
|
Ive been a fan of mecha since
I was a kid and have enjoyed looking at everyones creations for years. I
figured Id give it a go myself.
|
Me too. I have been a huge fan of the concept for a loooong time.
|
These guys were designed for the narrow confines of combat in urban
environments.
|
You have captured that urban look very well. They remind me of GASARAKI
TAs
|
As a result the designers opted to arm them with pulse carbines
as opposed to rifles and a detacheable force blade for cutting through
obstacles and enemy armor. They are also outfitted with a small arm shield
for added defense.
|
Those are great. I would have thought that those parts would be too big but
they work just right for your MOCs.
|
I am also working on a detacheable fast pak that can be added to the rear.
|
Very interested in seeing that.
|
In one of the pictures you can notice where I have attached the force blade to
one of the contact points.
I had fun with this project and hope to continue with this theme. Comments n
stuff are most welcome.
|
I hope to see more stuff from you soon.
Take care,
David

I tried something like a hard suit some time back but that anime look evades me...so far. (...) (20 years ago, 14-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
