SoS, ive tried every thing, ball joints arent strong enough, click hinges are
too clunky...im at my wits end.....and the shoulders im using right now only
stay put because they have jolly rancher squares wrappers in them to stiffen
them up...

| (...) I've found the best method of stiffening ball joints is to insert a small piece of paper between the ball and the socket. Fit it snugly in the socket, then snap the ball in otherwise it tears. For extra stiffness use a double or even triple (...) (20 years ago, 24-May-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
