hello again, folks!  just wanted to share my new moc which was inspired by our

got that menacing look w/the rockets and chain guns.  however, due to it's size,
it is seriously lacking in detail.  plmkwyt.

Jason... Firstly, thanks for the compliments, but they are unecessary. :-)

Secondly, this multiped mecha seriously pwns (meh I play too many FPS shooters).

Aside from being a homage to my work, what really struck me as great about this
MOC is how so much of your "style" infiltrated into it. It's a wonderful, and
very original (IMHO) piece of work.

Now let's get on to what rules:
1) The weapons are beautiful. From the multi-barreled rotary guns to the copious
missiles, it's apparent this mecha is ready for some serious combat. The
anti-personnel machine guns fore and aft are nice too.
2) The central ladder, cockpit, and engine compartment add a flair of realism to
this already quite reasonably thought out model.
3) My personal favourite---> the sensors on the top! Yeah the black "head" is
nice, but the IR-illuminator / searchlight below, harkens back to the old days
of military hardware (WWII they were conceived, 1950s/60s they were commonplace
on tanks). Very cool.

My only suggestion is quite simple: angle the legs steeper, so as to make the
mecha taller and thus more menacing.

Anyways, you've really impressed me with this model. I just love how you took
the multiped mecha concept, and grafted your own ideas onto it. The result is a
fully realized mecha that "works" largely due to good design and absence of
greebles (which is just chaff after all).

;-D

Good job Jason!
