Hi folks, I thought that making a (URL) with no arms and legs> was a bit of a cheat, so I've tried to follow up with a 'proper' one. I'm amazed at how difficult it was to get something jointed that can stand up and hold poses properly. All the cool (...) (21 years ago, 16-Aug-03, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX) !

(...) the teaser you saw was the prototype. i am currently awaiting the colored parts i need from bricklink (talk about a laborious process) and as they come in, i add them to the finished product. i don't suppose i will be posting pics of it for (...) (...) Before I started building mine I calculated scale with a 1 foot to 1 stud ratio so that it would be fairly accurate. I stuck to that pretty religiously. I forgot to mention I also stole the design for the red part of the ship from you (just (...) (21 years ago, 16-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Thanks ;) Personally, I strongly prefer your seating design. To be really honest, at the time I built mine, getting it 100% accurate wasn't as important to me as just making it seem "right". Which probably explains why my guns look nothing (...) (21 years ago, 15-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)
