  Re: Nuhvok-Ka

(...) Hmmm, that'd be cool, but fads seem to focus more on ideas that are simple to build and use more generic parts. Mind you, this car has a fairly simple transformation, made all the more smooth and robust by using them (inexpensive) Bionicle (...) (21 years ago, 25-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Nuhvok-Ka

(...) Hey, thanks for responding. I thought this one must have had the Bionicle kiss of Death after all this time. I admit that I was initially resistant to Bionicle myself, but I can't resist the lure of new parts, and, well, they were on sale. For (...) (21 years ago, 24-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: New Mecha

(...) Thanks Dave. I'm really encouraged by the responses from the all mechmasters I've had. I procrastinated over getting the ZS for days, but I'm glad I did. The printed parts are nice and generic, and in red/black/silver :). They should get used (...) (21 years ago, 24-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) Hey cool thanks, I'm gald to have used them instead of letting them sit in a bin. I think I have been talked into making at least one more. (...)   Re: New Battlemechs

Nice work man! The centurion is pretty big leap in design from your previous mechs as far as joint-tech is concerned :) I also like the look of the warhammer (one of my alltime favorites) I like its beefiness and overall layout, despite the lack of (...)   Re: New Mecha - The Macro Bot - Next Generation Little Bot

(...) This is sweet Eric! As everyone has said it seems way more refined than your other mecha in the past. I love the teeth on the feet! Very cool touch. The bionicle (?) piece that connects the torso to the hips is sweet. The skinnyness of it adds (...) (21 years ago, 24-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: The Scoop and a new/old MOC

Chris, Thanks for sharing this lil guy! Hardsuit sweetness. I have to echo the Grand Admiral here in that the chunky- and tough-ness of this is great. (...) Exactly.   Re: Nuhvok-Ka

(...) Mmmm...transformers... I'd love it if that became our next fad :) This is quite cool. Nice to see a few more .spacers embracing the usability of more pieces. Just because it's bionicle doesn't mean it's crap! Adrian (21 years ago, 24-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Wow! Très cool! Legomastaaaaaaaa! I love the articulation of this guy-- and the joints not only show the typical mater touch on the inside, but display an intuitive ability to use the new compound wedges in exciting and clever ways. I gotta say it- Legomaster strikes again! Great job there, Eric! I love the posability of this guy. Do you have your gearing properly Sneaded? ;) On a related note, some of the parts you've used aren't available in Blue. Switch to Yellow instead - (...)   Re: Standing on the shoulders of Giants

Excellent Job Anthony, but I do have a bone to pick with you here....what's with the cloth wings?!?! That doesn't look like Lego to me...I was hoping someone else had finally come up with a strong stable reptillian wing design. :( I guess I wait (...)
