  Re: New Mech: Lenze

Hey Tony, Great stuff. What sprung to mind for me was Greek warrior. Especially with the thing on the head. Made me think of the ancient warriors that had the big plumes on the helmets. Plus with the lines, I tend to pull out the "Greek ideal" out (...) (22 years ago, 15-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Mech! Hive Warrior

Jeff, this is pretty darn cool. The real crime here is that some folks are going to do the whole anti bionicle line to this awesome creation. Where to start? I dig the head simple, elegant, fantastic. Colors, fits the Hive theme, for some reason (...) (22 years ago, 15-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Mech: Lenze

(...) Looks great! I think that this is one of your best yet! I especially love the pushed thick and thin of your design. The head is awesome and personally I like the snot fin. My only crit is that you could possibly lengthen the calf section by (...) (22 years ago, 15-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  New Mech! Hive Warrior

Hey all, I finished something new finally! I present to you the Hive Warrior. The major inspiration for this one is the gearbox shoulders. I originally made this (URL) thought, what if I had another one of these bad boys and made shoulders! Yeah! (...) (22 years ago, 15-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Mech: Lenze

(...) :D (...) Hey all's fair, I gave you a pretty had one! :D (...) I have trouble with that as well, and I sorta ashamed to admit that I ran out of 2x3 slopes to finish the shoulder armor. I found this solution with half blue instead of ordering (...) (22 years ago, 15-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Mech: Lenze

(...) AnIThangQ I am always trying to better my building first by coping others, I do that alot, and second, I try to build non-traditionally. Brick on brick is fine, but to really get interesting shapes, SNOT is the way to go! So you say no mohawk (...) (22 years ago, 15-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Mech: Lenze

(...) The white was born more out of necesssity at virst, but the colors did look good together! The ankles were the first things to be made, so they see to have more time put into the design. The knees? I can see how the FSS mechs have those huge (...) (22 years ago, 15-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Mech: Lenze

All right! Very cool FSS-type mecha. You've captured the look and feel perfectly. Mamoru Nagano is gonna come after you for this. Which is a good thing IMHO,- Okay, here comes the critique. Please don't kill the poor newbie for his pathetic attempt (...) (22 years ago, 15-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Mech: Lenze

(...) well as your mecha but I think you have reached another level with this mecha. You have officially reached the level of the LRPer's in my book. I really like it. It's sleek, simple, yet dynamic. Just not a fan of the mohawk not that there is (...) (22 years ago, 15-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)
