Re: New Mecha and LDraw Files

(...) Thanks Bryce! Halfway though contruction, I realized just how much I was making it look like Big Blue. That mecha of yours has always been my favourite, and I hope one day I'll be able to build on that scale. As for the realism is in my (...) (22 years ago, 16-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Mecha and LDraw Files

Mladen, I really like this one. Love the legs, very Gundam. And I can see that you're back to one of your favorite color schemes! And you're right, that Bazooka rocks! Another great "real world" model from you. Later, Bryce (...) (22 years ago, 16-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

My first mech ever, be gentle :)

I've finished my first complete mech in mlcad. Tough it still needs some work, I am not super happy with the head and hands. But I think one can always keep tweaking a mech :) I've got 5 pictures (combined 500KB) at my site: (URL) me know what you (...) (22 years ago, 15-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Thanks Sun! I look forward to seeing new stuff from you too. (...) Yeah, 'fraid it's the latter. I just searched my computer with HouseCall ((URL) and it's clean. So, I guess the virus is "spoofing" me as the sender. Mladen Pejic, over and (...) (22 years ago, 14-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Mecha and LDraw Files

I really like the legs on this new mech of yours. There's lots of interesting shapes converging and there's a great heft to the proportions. I really like the accessories shot as well. MMMMM . . . accessories. By the way, you might want to virus (...) (22 years ago, 14-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Yes! We should definitely get together!! But um...I won't be around on the 30th. But back to the mech, I have to give you some credit on this one Chris. I was inspired by your Cephus' hands. Thanks. Jeff (22 years ago, 14-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Mecha and LDraw Files

Ay-yi-yi! Me like! Very cool Mecha Mladen. I'd have to say one of your best yet. I like the varide assortment of weapons and devices the thing can carrie as well as the fact that it carries spare ammo. IWhenever I see a handheld weaons and there (...)   Re: New Mecha and LDraw Files

(...) Thanks a bunch! (...) Yeah, I tried to go for the bulky, VOTOMS-ish look. (...) Heh, I put more time into the bazooka and zero-g pack.   Re: New Mecha and LDraw Files

(...) Thanks Chris! Good observation, you are right about this mecha looking more natural. My previous mecha ('cept Joker) have had really crappy stances, I wanna change that. Sorry about the big pics. I have croped them and made them smaller. I think all of them are resized. If anything is still to big just lemme know. plmkwyt jd #30 (22 years ago, 13-Aug-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Mecha and LDraw Files

Wow. Another great mech, as always! The widening contours of the legs really adds to the name of the mecha...that and shoulders combine to form a really hefty and stable looking mecha. Great accessories too! I'll have to go with your choice of the (...) (22 years ago, 13-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Onimusha: Demon Warrior Mecha

(...) Dang! This is sweet! probably my favorite mecha of yours since Gouka... Like the big gun - a change of pace for you, no? I'm sure that as cool as it looks in the pic, it's that much better IRL!
