Re: Valkyrie VF-1S with FASTpack Armament

(...) Soultion: build more mecha! You're already in the LMHoF, so you've got what it takes (obviously). Just crank out models at Mladenpace and see what sticks. :) (...) Not yet, but I've been toying with the idea. I just need to find the time to (...) (23 years ago, 14-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Macross Valkyrie fans Rejoice!

(...) I think this is really what I'm getting at. I like the large heavy sturdy quality of the Takatoku Valks. I like the fact that such an amazing piece of engineering -was- made for kids. It might sound goofy but I would actually take durability (...) (23 years ago, 14-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: I've lost a fan! LOL! ;-)

(...) It's okay now; that person sent me another e-mail expaining that he wants me to build mecha AND Space. I apologized for taking it the other way. I agree with his suggestions though; I've been ignoring Space for quite some time. ;-) (...) Oh, (...) (23 years ago, 13-Oct-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: I've lost a fan! LOL! ;-)

Okay what is that website all about? I'm at a loss. The email Mladen got is just plain ol' silly. I'm still president of the Mladeneers. Right? ;-) Later, Bryce (...) (23 years ago, 12-Oct-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Yamato Macross VF-1 *photos*

(...) I don't know if everybody here has heard, but Yamato is also releasing the "cannon fodder" brown VF-1A as a limited release around the same time as the Hikaru. I'm gonna pick up 10 of these if I can get my grubby hands on them. :) Here's the (...) (23 years ago, 13-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Yamato Macross VF-1 *photos*

(...) Well I'm completely green when it comes to Macross but this looks cool! the fighter mode is neat, I think the Gerwalk and Battroid mode's look a little silly. -Geordan- (23 years ago, 13-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Sneak peek: SR-311 "Firebolt"

(...) *laugh* Well, don't give it to me, give it to the USAF. It's *their* designation, after all ;) best LFB (23 years ago, 13-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Macross Valkyrie fans Rejoice!

(...) Nothing wrong with a bit of debate, as long as it's all civil. :^) (...) I think what you are calling "quality" is the fact that the old toys are larger, heavier, and sturdier. This is a factor of the toys being made specifically for kids, so (...) (23 years ago, 13-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Sneak peek: SR-311 "Firebolt"

=D wanna know a secret? it didn't stand for anything. I just wanted a cool sounding name. but if you don't mind, i'd like to take your suggestion since that is what i envisioned this mech to do (i will of course give full credit to LFB). (...) (23 years ago, 13-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Macross Valkyrie fans Rejoice!

(...) and (...) I don't want to argue or anything but I've played with all of the new Yamato Valks and they all seem exceedingly cheap to me. Yes they are more posable and have better proportions but the quality of the toys seems like a shadow of (...) (23 years ago, 12-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Sneak peek: SR-311 "Firebolt"

(...) That seems like it has a lot of poseability in a small package. Well Done! The color scheme is nice too. Not many red mecha out there. :^) I like the li'l Uzi shaped guns. They're very simple, but right away you get the impression of what (...) (23 years ago, 12-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Macross Valkyrie fans Rejoice!

(...) Bah. The Bandai version is less poseable, less detailed, less accurate, and you can't even put the gunpod on the bottom in fighter mode. (...) No I won't. You can have those. :^P ~Grand Admiral Muffin Head -- Mark's Lego Creations (URL) (23 years ago, 12-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
