<ramble> The first anime based show I remember watching was Star Blazers/Battleship Yamato (Though I don't remember mecha, per se.) Later I discovered Robotech and devoured every episode. I was just wondering what anime/manga everyone here is most inspired by when making their own creations. Personally, Gundam first started me in the idea of making Lego Mecha, but Evengelion is also shifting my interests into making more sleek/agile (...) (25 years ago, 10-Feb-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Boy, a scanner like that would sure be something! That would save *everyone* a ton of time. 8) As for your Mac. At this point there really isn't any software for that platform. (...) To record my models as a CAD data takes time... Especially when the model is as large as the spaceship model. If I had a time to digitize the previous models, I rather like to use it to create more new models. I wish for a super x-ray scanner (...)
