Hey I'm famous! <blushes> Thanks for the props! For a first mech that is very tall. Looks good. You have a handle on how to get it to stand and hey that's 3/4 of the battle with mecha. This is a question to Brian (K) and actually to all mecha builders: "Why are you still building 2 to 3 feet tall Gundams and mechs?" Especially you K, you have more than enough pieces to create a 6 foot Gundam with opening armor/wings, huge guns, (...) (23 years ago, 7-May-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

I finally got pictures up of my first gundam. I can't say it's bad but it definitely needs work. My ninja fortress is my favourite. three levels with living quarters beneath and inter changeable roofs. the gundam was styled after bryce's big blue (...) Eric, I can't tell you enough about how awesome Chris' mecha is! All the joints "click" into place like a big 360 degree click hing. It's like a big toy. We had it set up on its knees with its hands raised up like Defoe (sp) in Platoon! You just (...) (23 years ago, 4-May-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Chris, I heard lots of good things about Cephus. Plus in the Lugola pix I can see that the Mech is alot bigger than I thought! Right on for making it down there for the meeting. (...) It is all done except for the weapons. I still need two cannons, one 2-foot long rifle, and a beam saber (I was thinking of using a Star Wars one).
