  Re: NEW MECHA!!!

Holy crow, that's complex! Love the Blacktron and classic space colour schemes too. Very manacing, and extremely Japanese Anime looking (that's a good thing). I know you were insulted when people said you got better and better, but you really do (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: The future is now

(...) The end is pretty slow in coming, then...the human race has been turning science fiction into fact for a heck of a long time. Read some stuff by Jules Verne and then think about how much of it has actually come to pass. We've visited the (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Multi Legged Mecha

(...) Oh man.. that thing just looks wicked. I didn't even notice the rotary guns (?) on the underbelly in the first pic. That color scheme just makes it look so sinister to me. What are the pods in the back used for, if anything? Fuel? Do you have (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Dark Mecha

I have made a second attempt at creating a mecha. The basic design is similar to the first, but is much more stable. I also gave it a black and red color sceme. There's only one picture up right now, my digital camera is dead, and there's not a (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: The future is now

(...) I think I remember reading an article about a four-legged pick-up truck developed by MIT (or Harvard) back several decades. History Channel, I believe. The basic problem was that the legs were too slow, to keep it's weight balanced required 3 (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Whoop-dee-doo. Why are they even trying to develop power suits when they should be working on flying cars? I was promised flying cars in the year 2000 and they've missed thier deadline. Where is my flying car? I want a flying car! Greg "The llama is (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) don't need to tell you your model is superb. I especially like the color scheme which is off the scale. I need to finish up on the one I've been doing for 3 months... Bryce (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Some aqua la vida loca

I think I'm the only person on Lugnet wothout a digital camera. I certainly was the only one at the Chicago fest last Saturday without one. Thankfully, Tim Courtney was kind enough to post some pics of my creations. Have a look. I have an Auquanauts (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.aquazone, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Hello All, I have a New Web Site; Take a look

(...) "Mecha" is simply the Japanese term for anything mechanical. Bulldozers, whatever. It's all mecha. ;^) I mainly use the term because my stuff is obviously influnced by Japanese stuff. <snip> (...) Hey, you're welcome. I'm always flattered when (...)
