(...) It seemed awkward for me at first, Danny, but surprisingly I got used to it. (...) The central structure component or the leg mainframe as I have come to call it, is extremely strong. The biggest structural issue I had was with centering the (...) (19 years ago, 1-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Mecha: The Tribunal

Hi all, I feel kind of cheeky, posting to the thread without a word on the mecha itself. It has an awesome look about it - and I realy have a thing for tripods - this one really does live up to the image. Its interesting having real stats as well (...) (...) Not a problem, E, I know how hard it can be to pull yourself way from a project when the creative juices are flowing! It's like pulling teeth sometimes. (...) (...) -snip- (...) I remember. That set up is too cool. Did Bryce mention that the toes can apply pressure to the ground? Plus the tubes really add to the tension and channel the weight. Ubber cool and crazy looking. e (19 years ago, 30-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
