  Re: Spider Mecha

(...) Ah, ha. I see it now. The loop is on the handle of the metal detector, creating stress, and helps keeps your legs where you want them. Of course they may not be providing that much stress at all, but still looks very nice. Very cool trick. I'm (...) (20 years ago, 14-Dec-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Robo Platoon MOC's

Hello all, I was recently at TRU, and came across a new designer set called "Robo Platoon". It was along the same lines as the original "Mini-Bots" set that lego offered last year. So, I bought one, because I have to support Lego's continued (...) (20 years ago, 14-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) That's a pretty sweet little mech. Are those hoses around where the legs meet the body? Very fun and cool looking. Looks like a blast to play with. Cross posting to .mecha Mark Neumann (20 years ago, 14-Dec-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: first mecha from my "protege"

Well done! The shape and style of this Mecha is very cool! I think it has cool features and uses very cool parts. All the cool things I would like to see on a Mech have been done very nicely on this creation. A super looking model! e (20 years ago, 9-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Wow, Marcus. You beat me to it. (I seem to write that on Lugnet a lot.) And it looks really good! I am not a mecha person -- I'm a bit too old, I guess. Wow! Very impressive work, Eric! Dig those support vehicles too. My only gripe is you didn't Brasso off the UFO decals on those quarter saucer panels. Other than that, every detail in the facility looks just right. Word up. --Dan (20 years ago, 30-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)
