Here she is. My first attempt at a Gundam. (URL) I'm not completely happy with it yet. The arms look like they were thrown together in 15 minutes......which they were. (...) I've found the best method of stiffening ball joints is to insert a small piece of paper between the ball and the socket. Fit it snugly in the socket, then snap the ball in otherwise it tears. SoS, i've tried every thing, ball joints aren't strong enough, click hinges are too clunky...i'm at my wits end.....and the shoulders i'm using right now only stay put because they have jolly rancher squares wrappers in them to stiffen them up... Satyr. Thats one cool looking, and might I add very original mech! I love the legs and feet, very insectoid in form, nice colour too. (...) Thanks Dave. This one was all about working within my JE-usable pieces. After I got the cockpit figured out, the shoulders followed, then the rest just fell into place.
