Re: Sith Infiltrator 7151 Alternative Model

Well I'll inlighten you my friend: (URL) you can see it doesn't look anything like my model, I just like misleading people into thinking my models look like something they don't and tell themto squint and they'll see it... hehehe... ;-p (...)   Re: Sith Infiltrator 7151 Alternative Model

(...) I've heard the name thrown around some, but I'm by no means familiar with Gundams. I'm pretty much Mecha-illiterate as well - I like the designs you guys put up, but its just not my building style, so I naturally don't look into non-Lego mecha (...)   Re: Sith Infiltrator 7151 Alternative Model

Thanks Tim, wouldn't you agree it kinda, sorta, maybe resembles a Zaku from Gundam, huh? No, maybe if you squint your eyes... (...) (24 years ago, 21-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.starwars)

  Sith Infiltrator 7151 Alternative Model

(URL) all! This is a model I made this morning after I bought my second Sith Infiltrator and wanted to make an alternative model from it using only the pieces in the set, I was inspired to do this after years of admiring Joseph Gonzalez alternative (...)   Re: Tired of click hinges

(...) anybody (...) To use a term I first saw right here on LUGNET, I would agree that click joints are a bit juniorized. But for someone like me (a limited selection of parts mostly from Star Wars kits, zero technic skills) the click hinge opens a (...) (24 years ago, 21-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mecha Legs

Don't apologize, I'm the jerk. And it's okay you can use the legs, but I don't think you would want after the way I responded to your request. Sorry, I apologize Rob, I was way too rude and mean. Sorry again. (...) (24 years ago, 21-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Tired of click hinges

(...) Hey James, I use Netscape 5.0 and the pics don't work, but on my computer when I right click on the pic and select "view image" it opens the file in Quicktime and I can see it fine. --Me (24 years ago, 21-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Tired of click hinges

(...) anybody (...) seems (...) condemning (...) I've only made one mech with those hinges, and I've only made the legs. The technic pegs and rods are very loose, and I think it is hard to make a Mecha with them. --Me (24 years ago, 21-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mecha Legs

We've seen that from the numerous responses in the past day. Though messaging by (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mecha Legs

(...) I don't know how you would go about enforcing a wish like that, or even proving that your designs are original in the first place. I assume in your case that they are -- and I have no reason to doubt that you came up with them on your own -- (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.underground)

(...) he (...) legs (...) be (...) these (...) Sorry about that Mladen, I should have asked you over E-Mail, and it was rude. I was asking to use the concept not the legs themselves, and I don't mind you saying no. Rob (24 years ago, 20-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

james- got it, but i'm running netscape 4.5 on a mac and still getting broken links, any suggestions from ANYONE on this one? thanks again, moish (24 years ago, 20-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Tired of click hinges

(...) anybody (...) seems (...) condemning (...) I only own 2 click hinges and they currently reside on my SW Snowspeeder. The rest of my models and my mechs use a different variety of hinges and the such, but they are 100% click free :-) ~Nick (URL) (24 years ago, 20-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
