Actually, I used a Gaussian blur in Corel PhotoPaint.

They are reflected in each other. The stars were added later though, so
they're not reflected. In an official LEGO manual, the stars are drawn on a
backdrop perpendicular to the direction of the camera, right? So they wouldn't
be reflected very often then either, I think?
