Hi, This huge piece of machinerie, worlds largest bucket wheel excavator "Bagger 288" has always fascinated me, and so does your model! What a great piece of work! The web page is now completely up to date. The rules have been ammended to reflect the new Jan 8th judging deadline, Thomas Tyers's entries now have links (I'm hosting the larger size pictures on my site temporarily since he has had trouble (...) (...) Na... this town ain't THAT civilised. Just think of it as a rather grey dirt... I would have used tan baseplates but I don't have enough, I would have had to raid my completed Skyline kits (each includes 2 16x32s) and I wasn't THAT crazy (and (...)
