Wow, this is a lot of excellent house in a tricky package! But I especially fawn
over the fixtures!

The Rich/Elliott bathroom measuring 6x6 has it all: toilet, shower, sink,
window, door. Wow! I really like the shower curtain rod effect, a great way to
suggest a division without cramming in another door.  Is it true that minifigs
need all those things? I had better get up to date...

Inspired by the bathroom fixtures, I attacked the bathroom problem in my version
of apartment housing, previously seen going up at:
   http://www.inch.com/~olsone/mini/mini.html

My alcove apartment unit is 9x11 with a 4x4 bathroom. (Suz, I built this on a
hill! Good luck!)

The problem was to add a sink and a shower in a 4x4 space occupied by a 2x3
toilet seat. The toilet had to go. It recessed into a wall and now projects a
1x2 surface, just enough to sit on. A couple of 1x2x1 thin walls in a corner
sketch out a 2x2 shower pan, which becomes less cramped thanks to a 1x2x3 thin
wall recess in the outer wall. Finally, a 1x2 inverse slope protrudes from the
wall for a sink. But wait, you'll also get toilet paper, hot and cold faucets,
and a shower head!

I wish every minifig could live in a nice Victorian townhome like yours, but the
reality of the Town housing shortage means that even dinky 9x11 alcove
apartments will fetch a high rent.

After the neighboring train station is built, it will run to "Brickea",
importers of economical blue plate/white cylinder furniture. Some assembly
required!
