I think you'll find that Richard Rogers (sorry, Lord Rogers) has patented this
design already. Be prepared for Mandelson and the Style Police to knock on the
door any day now...

When you say that the original facade will be reused for something else, can we
take that to mean "reuse" as in the reuse of the Euston Arch?... For the
foundations of Heathrow's runway's...
